James is the best service advisor I’ve ever had. I’m 74 years old and have owned a many vehicles. All GM. He does what he says he’s going to do. He knows what he’s talking about. He’s polite, thorough, straightforward, and honest. The online scheduling process was just okay. The AI assistant incorrectly told me that I couldn't drop my car off the night before, but I was able to do so. That information should be updated to avoid confusion.
I was also disappointed that the dealership charges a 3% fee for using a credit card. Given the cost of dealership service, this feels unnecessary and left a negative impression.

I was very impressed with this dealership and my salesman Michael. When I got there I had a good idea of what I wanted and Michael and the team made that happen without being pushy. I left with the car i wanted at the price I thought was fair. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you from one happy customer.
The customer service was great from the time I pulled in to when it was time to pay for the service. The technician even fixed an issue (no additional fees)I asked to be looked at that was not part of the original service

My purchase was expertly and professionally handled by Tom Stephens. Tom did a great job of answering questions and putting me at ease during the whole process. My first service visit went well. I originally set one date but when I discovered a conflict, changing the appointment date was handled easily online. I will mention however, that the Chesrown app wouldn’t let me log in. Other than that, thumbs up!

Made appointment several days in advance for transmission diagnosis and service. Dropped off my truck on Thursday morning. Turns out the only transmission tech wasn’t in that day so it didn’t get looked at until Friday. On the good side, diagnosis and TCM reset went fast and truck was ready Friday morning. Dealt with 2 different dealerships trying to get this resolved and both admit to being shorthanded for transmission techs.
Just want to say….Zach is the best Corvette tech I have ever had service my Corvettes. Complete trust in him. You would be lucky to have him work on your vette! If I could give 10 stars I would.
I had my Corvette in for service and they managed it and handled it very carefully. It was all done in a timely manner and they suggested appropriate additional services to make it as good as it could possibly be. I appreciate that and the pricing was fine as well.

Full time RV'er and get our truck serviced around the country. Your dealership is spotless and the service was timely. The reason I gave 4 star was the tire pressure was not correct when tires were rotated. This is the second GM dealership that failed my 5 star rating due to tire pressure after rotation.

Great customer service
Excellent! I have been looking for several weeks and Chesrown in Delaware, Ohio must important Devin Damron was super. I had not planned on purchasing and still had appointments to look a few other places. But he really made up my mind, and I loved the vehicle, Devin worked with me, gave me different options to satisfy my budget. Devin went over everything about my new vehicle and I was completely satisfied.
I had a great experience of working with both Devin and Matt to help get my deal done in a timely manner..thanks to both of them.
